The Board of the Company (“the Board”) resolved to establish a committee of the Board known as the Environmental Sustainability Governance Committee (“the ESG Committee”) at a meeting held on 15 December 2022. Terms of Reference were formally agreed by the Board on 15 December 2022 and reviewed and approved again by the Board on 19 December 2024
