Announcement of simplification of the Company’s portfolio:
1) Specialist Components division dissolved by the end of Q3 2019.
2) The remaining two businesses in Specialist Components division, Tear Tapes and Industrial Supply (Reid), absorbed into the Filters and Components divisions respectively owing to the complementary nature of the end-markets served.
